LiveVideo Won’t Pay Content Providersin LiveVideo |

As of this post, no major Stickam Entertainer has entered into an exclusive partnership with LiveVideo, which as StickyDrama reported has been soliciting Entertainers to use and promote its sparcely-populated piece-of-shit site.
The crux of the LiveVideo situation is that the company is unwilling or unable to pay content providers a salary or fee. While Stickam does not pay its Entertainers either, the exposure they enjoy is far, far greater than they would on LiveVideo. LiveVideo has at most offered Entertainers half the ad revenue earned on their channels, or profiles. Top-ranked Entertainers have snubbed these so-called “revenue share” agreements, most of them taking the position that only a salary or fee would make leaving Stickam worthwhile.
But LiveVideo has snatched a few lesser-known Enterainers, one of whom sent StickyDrama a copy of his contract. JustinxCore is one of those Entertainers who has agreed to whore LiveVideo in exchange for a revenue share.

That might be a good deal for some Entertainers—some money is better than no money at all—but there is doubt as to whether Live Video will live up to its end of the deal. LiveVideo is part of the Live Universe family of companies, founded by Myspace founder Brad Greenspan. According to an article on TechCrunch, other Live Universe companies have not paid content providers their due.

While Jungleboy has been on LiveVideo for a good while, StickyDrama does not foresee the douche providing us with details of his earnings, if any. Hopefully when Justin’s first check arrives in the mail, we’ll know how legitimate this arrangement is.

o_O simply put, livevideo sucks ass. idc if they are paying people or not. no one really goes on that site for very long so you wouldnt be getting enough money to make it worth your while.

It doens’t really matter youtube is introducing live video to there website sometime this year once they do that and if they do it right stickam and live video won’t matter anymore.

Well, the reason why I like stickam, is because we are a HUGE disfunctional family. We hate some, love others .. It’s great … Youtube won’t ever have that … because it’s WAY too huge. Live video won’t ever have that, because it won’t ever generate enough buzz, people are so lame there. -AV

I really does not matter if LiveUniverse pays any of these entertainer or not. They are boring and not very entertaining. The only people who watch them are people who can’t afford cable.

Guys i hope you know that the ad revnue you would be getting max might be a few dollars a month…. Top youtubers with revenue sharing through ads like matthew lush make all of $2.00….now thats youtube…imagine a shite site like live video’s traffic……yah…..your signing your life away to a shit site for mere pennies….

Wrong. I have a friend on stickam who’s in the top 100 of subscribed on youtube and he said he’s, “raking in the cash” because of his partnership deal. He gets a certain amount of money based on the views he gets on his videos.
