i went to melissa’s house (malice) a few days or weeks after the incident in aventura mall and i had no idea who that girl was. she showed me a video of him being arrested and her laughing & giggling about it, but not visible in the video. she kept yelling things about kiki and how she was doing it for kiki too.

it’s sad, but that was COMPLETELY melissa. kiki had involvement but not as much as she did.

the same week melissa showed me the video, i went into kiki’s chat and she seemed proud of how melissa acted & laughed about the situation. she also told me about danny’s attempted escape, but i didn’t know he died :/

First off, this post is absolutely disgusting. To the people involved in talking about this to Stickydrama including John Eddie (probably fake name though), you have really no heart or compassion and you have no understanding of what truly happened.

This isn’t drama. This was/is a real life tragedy for all the people involved. Families are still traumatized and healing, and it’s wrong for you to post this.

Well, he did actually force… Okay, now, I think Stickydrama should remove this post. It was very serious, and I feel for any girl who goes through this. It’s traumatic and has lasting consequences. Danny knew the ages of these girls. He specifically wanted them young. In fact when a female his age pursued him, he told her that she was “too old”.

MIAMI — Shoppers were shocked by a wild scene at the Aventura Mall on Friday night.

A man in handcuffs fled from police and ran through a parking garage in front of dozens of people, police said.

A large crowd had already gathered as officers arrested Daniel de Jesus Cespedes, 19, at the mall about 10:30 p.m., police said. He was wanted on a charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor, police said.

The arresting officer was filling out paperwork, with the handcuffed man next to him, when a gust of wind blew some papers toward a ledge in the garage, police said. As the officer moved to grab the papers, police allege Cespedes made a run for it.

But he didn’t get far, police said.

Cespedes was seriously injured as he tried to jump two floors into a garbage container, police said. He missed and hit the pavement instead, according to officers.

Cespedes was listed in serious but stable condition Saturday morning at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Police said Daniel De Jesus Cespedes allegedly was so desperate to avoid capture on an outstanding warrant that he leaped from one level of a parking garage to another in an attempt to land on top of a moving truck, The Miami Herald reported Saturday.

Yet Cespedes missed the moving vehicle at the Aventura Mall parking garage Friday and now is in serious but stable condition at a local hospital, police said.

Police alleged when Cespedes was arrested at the mall, he confessed to being in possession of both cocaine and marijuana.

The Herald said the arresting officers had taken the 19-year-old suspect onto an exit ramp on the garage’s second floor to avoid a growing number of spectators while waiting for a police car.

I would venture to say that you never really did like her because your ability to be so mean to her seems to come so easy for you.
