All of Southern California’s Stickam scene—the network’s largest, most influential concentration of Entertainers and popular users—is in an unprecedented state of shock, disgust and moral outrage over a series of photographs that depict 29-year-old Drew Deviation sexually assaulting 15-year-old Tam Cam while she slept.

Though not a popular Entertainer himself, Drew was hitherto a frequent guest at many parties and social gatherings of Stickam personalities; he was also a familiar face at Stickam’s office in downtown Los Angeles, where he was friends with several employees.

However, all of StickyDrama’s contacts in Southern California are now affirming that no one can stand the sight of him, that he is being banned from Stickam users’ Lives and likewise shunned by the community irl. The reason for his sudden opprobrium: a series of photos, supposedly taken by Drew himself, in which Drew’s hand is removing Tam’s blouse to expose her breasts as she slept. We have matted out Tam’s nipple.

The above photos were taken at Brandon Kiss’s residence, where many Stickam folk socialize and reside. Metadata on the original photos—which were sent to StickyDrama—prove the images were created Monday, August 4th at 1:56 AM, at which time Drew, Tam and several others were at Brandon’s. Days later, October Hallow happened to browse through the flash drive containing the memory card for Drew’s camera. She discovered the photos, which she promptly emailed to Tam’s best friend Danielle Alexandria, who sent the photos to StickyDrama (with Tam’s approval.)

Some readers might draw parallels between this assault and John Hock’s statutory rape of Danielle. While both crimes certainly are scandalous and the victims are the same age, consider that Drew is much older than Hock and almost twice the age of his victim. More significantly, Tam was unconscious and never in a million years would have consented to any intimacy with Drew, whereas Danielle was conscious and willing during her tryst with Hock.

When confronted by StickyDrama, Drew both denied that it is his hand in the photos and claimed to have no memory of the night in question. Tellingly, he also asks “how can they prove it is me?”

Although Drew’s face does not appear in the photos, certain details appear to prove that it is indeed Drew’s hand lifting Tam’s blouse. Not only is there a video of Drew wearing the same striped sweater on his Stickam profile, but many pictures of him reveal the scars along his forearms which match those found in the photos with Tam.

Drew nevertheless maintains his innocence. Of course, any public apology or admission on his part would have profound consequences. While it does not seem possible for the Stickam scene to despise him any more than they presently do, Club Starz and Newport NIghts might determine that they cannot employ an admitted sex offender. Drew works as DJ at the two all-ages nightclubs, whose scantily clad patrons range from 14 to 18 years old. Tam Cam is 15. Drew is also rumored to have expressed an unwholesome interest in 16-year-old BryannaBondage.

In addition to the social and financial hardships, Drew could face serious criminal charges. Although the pictures do not depict rape, since Tam was unconscious (and therefore unable to consent to being sexually touched) the pictures do depict the crime of sexual battery, as defined in Section 243.4(e)(1) of the California Penal Code: “Any person who touches an intimate part of another person, if the touching is against the will of the person touched, and is for the specific purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, is guilty of misdemeanor sexual battery, punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six months, or by both that fine and imprisonment.”

In everyday language, “sexual assault” is a general term that encompasses rape, molestation or unwanted touching. But under California law, “assault” is only an attempt or threat to commit injury on someone. “Battery” applies when physical contact occurs. “Sexual battery” is any unwanted sexual contact that falls short of rape.

Futhermore, because Tam is 15 and Drew is more than 10 years older than she, he committed a crime against nature, as defined by Section 288(c)(1) of the California Penal Code: “Any person who commits an act described in subdivision (a) with the intent described in that subdivision, and the victim is a child of 14 or 15 years, and that person is at least 10 years older than the child, is guilty of a public offense and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for one, two, or three years, or by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year.”

If convicted of either crime, Drew would be required under Section 290 of the California Penal Code to register as a sex offender with the local police or sheriff of wherever he lives, even if he leaves the state. Although this registration requirement has been named Megan’s Law since the 1990’s, California has actually required sex offenders to register with the authorities since 1947—making it the first state in the nation to have such a requirement.

Tam has confirmed with StickyDrama that she intends to press charges.

Approximately 6 months have passed since the death of 19-year-old Daniel Cespedes, shown here in his coffin and known on Stickam as Mr. Myspace; and speculation remains rampant as to the circumstances leading up to his fatal leap from a 2-story parking garage in Miami.

NBC News’ Miami affiliate described “a wild scene” at Aventura Mall as Cespedes made a daring (or stupid) escape attempt moments after his arrest for “lewd and lascivious battery on a minor,” which by now any StickyDrama reader should recognize as statutory rape. In Florida, a person convicted of lewd or lascivious battery would be facing a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and a minimum sentence of 7 years. Additionally, he would be forced to register as a sex offender throughout the entire country, which can make finding employment or social acceptance difficult.

Facing such punishment, Cespedes made a break for freedom. Taking advantage of a gust of wind which had scattered his arresting officer’s paperwork, Cespedes tried to elude the police by jumping off a 2-story parking garage. Apparently he aimed to land in a garbage dumpster but instead smacked against the pavement. As a result of his severe injuries he lingered in a coma for 3 months, until he died in December.

This point in our story is where fact ends and speculation begins. Rumor has it that Kiki Kannibal had cooperated or plotted with the police to lure Cespedes to Aventura Mall, and thereby was in some way responsible for his death. Her motivation was supposedly revenge for Cespedes’ decision to break up with her. At the time Kiki was 14 years old and Cespedes 19; certain acquaintances of Cespedes (who wish to remain anonymous) have acknowledged his predilection for girls considerably younger than himself.

It certainly cannot be denied that Cespedes and Kiki were dating—and not bullshit “e-dating.” Flesh-and-blood dating, as proven in the following pics sent to us by Cotton Candy Cunt:

However, evidence still on his Stickam profile suggests that Kiki was not the only underage girl with whom Cespedes had an inappropriate relationship:

Some anonymous sources close to the situation claim that it was in fact Malice Millionaire, not Kiki, who worked with the police. Still others suggest neither Kiki nor Malice were involved; instead it was some unknown girl who was 12 years old when Cespedes had consensual or perhaps non-consexual sex with her. And yet another theory is that a group of Cespedes’ underage ex-girlfriends had collaborated to put him behind bars, in order to put an end to his predatory pattern.

StickyDrama was prepared to call it a day and post the above information without complete resolution to the mystery of who was involved in the death of Mr. Myspace. Until the other day, when we were sent a bombshell which sheds light on who worked with police, and their motivations for doing so. Although this new evidence leaves little doubt as to who was behind the Myspace Murder Mystery (perhaps “Suicide Mystery” would be more accurate, but it doesn’t rhyme very well, does it?) we are withholding it in hopes that new sources will come forward and provide more information. Drama this dark is likely to have many sordid subplots, and learning as many of them as possible will help StickyDrama paint a richer, more accurate picture for our readers.

Not one week has passed since Tomy Toolshed announced his so-called “Final Show” on Stickam, and voila: He’s back on Stickam talking shit and asking viewers to subscribe to his show. Same old shit. But Tomy’s behavior deteriorated from immature to downright repulsive when he defiantly admitted on-cam to statutory rape.

Tomy began his so-called comeback by shit-talking his ex-girlfriend Britni and having NathanAmazing DDOS Elliot Ben’s Live (in exchange for showing 16-year-old Nathan his cock). Not very smart, pissing off someone who has your family members’ phone numbers. Britni promptly went into Elliot’s Live and PMed him Tomy’s grandfather’s phone number; the Jew called him. Tomy, who has pranked Elliot’s stepfather, whined that calling family members “crosses the line.” Elliot only called Tomy’s progenitor twice though, and the conversation ended in I-love-you’s as Tomy helplessly watched. Angered that she would thus enable Elliot, Tomy declared he could “keep calling [Britni] all night.”

The feud between Elliot and Tomy is nothing new. But Elliot Ben’s recent gains in the rankings have no doubt been especially irritating to Tomy, whom Elliot has shot past. In fact, Elliot has lately so outperformed Tomy that the latter even tried to convince the Jew to “work together.” Elliot, who yesterday hit #1 in both the StreamRank and Most Subsribed charts, contemptuously declined.

At this point StickyDrama would like to remind our readers that Tomy was leaving Stickam “to make my father proud … so I can hear him say for once, “I’m proud of you Tomy.’” WELL, we would like to know how proud the father would be to hear his son not only admit to the crime of statutory rape against 16-year-old Angelica Applesauce, but defiantly challenge anyone to “prove it” and try to have him arrested. Since she was under 17 years of age at the time but older than 13, and Tomy was legally an adult not more than 5 years older than she, he is guilty of a ?criminal sexual abuse,? a Class A Misdemeanor under Illinois statute 720 ILCS 5/12?15.

Tomy makes the point that he’s a puny boy who couldn’t force anyone to have sex. Therein lies a common misconception among Stickam users: the difference between consensual but statutory rape, and nonconsensual rape involving physical violence. While Tomy did not harm Angelica physically, she was clearly not comfortable with the sex and the experience has scarred her psychologically; a 16-year-old is liable to be manipulated and intimidated by a 20-year-old.

StickyDrama finds it disturbing and offensive that so many Stickam users blame the victim in these situations, choosing to denigrate the younger girl and excuse the older boy’s actions.

StickyDrama is unsure exactly how many times Tomy Toolshed has announced that he was leaving Stickam, but for laughs let us assume this time is for real-real, not for play-play.

He laughed, he cried, he unfortunately tried to sound philosophical; that much was to be expected. What was unexpected was his faggy dancing to the faggotiest songs in existence.

When asked directly why he was leaving Stickam for good, Tomy replied via PM: “Im focusing on my life and making my father proud of me … and this is a distraction, an unneeded one. All I’m striving for is to make my father proud .. so i can hear him say for once ‘I’m proud of you Tomy’ … thats all I want.”

All very touching, but is it complete and total bullshit? His ex-girlfriend Britni says so, and her version of the story is corroborated by 16-year-old Angelica Applesauce. According to them, Tomy cheated on Britni with Angelica when he and Britni were still together. Angelica provided StickyDrama with lengthy AIM logs and a written account of her experience, and our readers may be assured that they’re juicy as fuck. Nevertheless we find it imperative here to mention the most salacious detail of all, quoting Angelica verbatim:

Yet another online outrage transpired on Stickam’s sleaze-packed servers tonight: John Hock committed statutory rape while on-cam.

Hock had sex with 14-year-old Danielle Alexandria while on Wezlanator’s account, at Juma Junkie’s residence in Los Angeles. Hock and Danielle began their tryst on a couch in view of the camera, then moved off-cam and finished in an adjacent room. Everything was consensual but that is irrelevant in the eyes of the law.
