StickyDrama has been adulting for a minute, but the death of Stickam royalty is a sure-fire way to wake us out of our online slumber.
Stevie Ryan, former Stickam star and actress, was found dead at her residence in the Mid-City district of Los Angeles on July 1, 2017. She was 33 years old.
Ryan had recently posted on social media that she was devastated by the death of her grandfather. She was also rumored to be depressed. Although StickyDrama never met her in person, we did have a telephone call with her back when she broke up with the lovable suckable Adam “Red Pants” Paranoia. She did seem a bit unstable then, at the very least manic; we would not be surprised if her recent and understandable bout of depression over her grandfather exacerbated a pre-existing mental illness.
While Ryan arguably found fame thanks to her Little Loca personality, to StickyDrama she will always be Sceney Sceneable, a parody of scene queen and untalented cum dumpster Kiki Kannibal.
Her passing was widely reported in the mainstream media and confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner. “Coroner’s records showed an autopsy and investigation determined it was a death by hanging as a result of a suicide by the actress,” the Los Angeles Times reported.
Miss Ellie, a Chinese Crested Hairless dog who skyrocketed to fame in 2009 after being declared Animal Planet’s “World’s Ugliest Dog” contest, has died at the tender age of 17, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Ellie’s breathtaking ugliness branded its image into the collective unconscious of the nation, and her hideous snout was streamed or embedded throughout countless chatrooms and profiles.
Rest in peace, Ellie. And you had better hope there’s not any picture of you holding a dildo in your snout.
[Sticky’s note: Apryl Marie, who grew up near Hattysburg, MS with @ParkerTammenn and @GageArthur, is the infamous “carrot video” girl, who made that video where she puts a carrot and a whole bunch of other household objects up her vag. I’m putting them at work to research this question, and maybe later will have a definite answer.]
Im really confused by this. I just looked at the Obsession’s twitter account and see that someone is posting saying that they’re dead.
I know I’ve seen people say they don’t like them on here before but I actually do and this is life or death. Does anybody know that is going on and if they are really dead? I have tried looking their names up to see if anything is in the news about deaths in their area but I can’t find anything yet. If anyone finds something let me know.
POINT PLACE, Ohio – Two Toledo police officers who were responding to a stabbing in Point Place late Thursday morning stunned, shot, and killed a man after he attacked them with pipes.
Toledo Police Chief Mike Navarre said three officers responded to a residential area on Northridge Drive off Suder Avenue at around 11 a.m.
During an afternoon news conference at the Toledo Police Safety Building downtown, Chief Navarre said the suspect who was shot and killed by police is identified as 29-year-old Pyon Simmons.
The responding officers located a male suspect in the street and tried to get him to comply with orders. When the suspect refused to cooperate with police, he attacked two of the officers with pipes.
The two officers, a male and female, were both hit several times on their upper body, including the head. Moments later, he was hit with a stun gun three times. The three officers fired their stun guns at Simmons but he allegedly grabbed a trash can and deflected two of the prongs.
One of the electrical prongs did hit Simmons, who fell to the ground.
Chief Navarre said the suspect yanked the stun gun prong from his body, stood up, and then charged at the officers again. Seconds later, two of the three officers pulled out their guns and fatally shot the suspect.
The officers discharged their weapon four times. Two of the shots hit Simmons on the side of his body and another shot to the head.
“The officers were struck multiple times,” Chief Navarre said during an afternoon news conference. “Officer Dave O’Brien was assaulted. He was struck in the side of the head in the back and suffered a very large gash. He was sutured up at the hospital.”
“Officer Any Shaner was struck several times,” the chief added. “She took one on top of the head, which broke one of those metal pipes in half. If you were out at the scene and you saw one of those pipes broken in half, that was the result of the top of Officer Amy Shaner’s head. She was also struck twice in the side of the head – once right across the left ear and she was struck in the throat. I believe she was also struck on the wrist as she tried to deflect one of his attacks.”
Both of the injured officers were transported to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center for treatment. The third officer, who assisted in trying to apprehend Mr. Simmons, was identified as Officer James Mawer. Chief Navarre said he did not go to the hospital for treatment.
Toledo police got a call from a woman, identified as Su Simmons, being driven to an area hospital after she told dispatchers she was stabbed by her son at her home in the 2100 block of Northridge Drive. She told police dispatch her son had some sort of mental problems and was still near the house.
She was allegedly stabbed twice by her son, Pyon, inside and outside the residence.
When the officers arrived, a neighbor told them Mr. Simmons was trying to steal his truck. He then approached and swung pipes at the officers. He landed several blows on two of the officers.
Neither of their injuries are expected to be life-threatening, but Chief Navarre said Officer O’Brien is in serious condition.
Su Simmons’ condition is unknown.
This is the third fatal shooting by Toledo police in 2009.
The shooting and alleged stabbing remain under investigation.

TL, a Stickam boy known for little else than being cute and stupid, died in a car accident on Tuesday. The accident took place in Reno, Nevada, where he recently moved. He was originally from San Bernardino, California, which is east of Los Angeles.
The story is here. StickyDrama confirmed with an ex-girlfriend of TL that his surname was indeed Elmassian, the same name cited in multiple news reports about the accident.
StickyDrama was among the billions who watched spellbound as news of Michael Jackson’s death dominated the networks.
Less discussed in the media—not at all, really—has been an insensitive blog post by Perez Hilton. When the news first reported something was wrong, all the networks simply reported that Mr. Jackson had “collapsed” and had been “hospitalized.” News of his death came hours later. Perez initially posted that Jackson was probably faking an illness in order to avoid the obligations of his upcoming tour:
Perez must have realized this was a bad move, because as the news began reporting the gravity of Jackson’s situation, Perez removed the offending text and replaced it with … well, less offending bullshit.
Perez’s readers turned on him. While that happens in all Perez’s posts, in this case the moral outrage was especially intense. Other minor celebrities weighed in on the drama, with Tila Tequilla in particular condemning Perez’s insensitive allegations.
Tila herself started a movement on Twitter, asking her followers to unfollower Perez. Later, Twitter removed the feature; according to Tila, this was done at Perez’s request. Perez brings more traffic to Twitter than Tila, and supposedly was able to compel Twitter to do as he wished.
For our part, StickyDrama has no problem with insensitivity. But we do have a problem with hypocrisy. If Perez wanted to bash on Michael, fine; but he should have the courage to own up to his original post, and not conceal it.
