John Hock sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman early this morning.
 

We could cite paragraphs of laws he violated by exposing her vagina while she was apparently passed out drunk—but why bother?  It’s well-established that John Hock can sexually assault girls and no one cares enough to arrest or prosecute him.  And the victim, who is Hock’s girlfriend of 2 weeks, probably won’t even think it’s a big deal, although she might not appreciate being forwarded a bajillion screencaps of her pussy for the rest of her life.
 

But technically, you’re not supposed to engage in sexual contact with someone who is unable to consent, even if she’s had sex with her assailant many times prior to this assault.  She was passed out drunk; she was not conscious:  As a matter of law, she could not have given her consent.

Hopefully, the fact that Hock was able to webcast cunnilingus for so long—several minutes at least—means that Stickam is abandoning its frustratingly Victorian mod policy.
